1. The D’s Creators Program
The D’s Creators program allows approved creators to promote eligible D’s products through their own content, livestreams, social accounts, and approved sales channels. D’s supplies the products and manages inventory, packing, fulfillment, and shipping.
2. No Guarantees
Approval into the program is not guaranteed, and earnings are not guaranteed. Approval decisions are made at D’s sole discretion based on audience fit, content quality, professionalism, and selling potential. Earnings depend on completed qualifying sales.
3. Creator Obligations
Approved creators agree to promote products accurately, comply with applicable laws and platform policies, and not make false or misleading claims about products or earnings.
4. Orders, Fulfillment, and Earnings
D’s manages the fulfillment of every qualifying order. Creator earnings are tracked according to order status. Canceled, returned, or refunded orders may affect creator earnings according to program policies.
5. Program Changes and Termination
D’s may update program terms, adjust commission structures, or remove product access at any time. D’s may suspend or terminate creator accounts for policy violations.
